My wife says I'm not romantic and I don't know what to do. She told me I don't try hard enough, though I have asked her what she wants me to do, but she told me if I have to ask, it isn't romantic. I have tried bringing home flowers and chocolates, but she always thinks I am just trying to get out of some trouble. What can I do to be romantic so that she will like it?

Listen up women, when your man is asking how he can be romantic, don't turn him away! For once, the man is coming to you, asking your advice and you immediately turn him off to the idea. Though I know most women have ESP and can read minds, us guys aren't as skilled and some of us don't always "get it" when you want something but won't tell us what it is. If you are lucky enough to have a guy seeking out ways to be romantic, help him!

Tom, try something unique. If you have kids, get a sitter and take your wife out on a date. Leave her little notes telling her how much you love her. Don't start big, its the little things that count. Try some tips from the Notes category or Chocolates category, she should appreciate those!
