This aspect includes outward appearance, physical features, and attraction. It is an aspect that we, as visual creatures, may over-emphasize. It is important to remember that each of these elements is related to the others. (For example, isn't it amazing how you meet someone who at first glance is stunning. After a few moments of conversation, however, their personality may be a complete turn-off. Suddenly, they no longer look so nice.)

How important is this element to you? It's important to remember that physical appearance changes as we age, get haircuts, put on/lose weight, etc.

Financial

The financial part of someone not only includes their profession and income, but also their spending style, savings, debt management, and attitude towards money. With money problems accounting for a large majority of arguments for couples, knowing how a future mate deals with money is an important issue before deciding on the "one" for you.

Considering these five important elements will help you get started in your quest for Mr/Ms. Right. Remembers that these are not all-inclusive, nor is compatibility in all of them a guarantee for success.
