6. Pool Party. Don't have a huge swimming pool in your backyard? Buy a kiddie pool and set it up. Better yet, get a Slip N' Slide (how long has it been since you went down one of those things?) Sip pink lemonade and cool off together in the pool.

7. Pizzaque and GrownUp Olympics. Invite your neighbors, or couple friends, over for a pizzaque. Much easier than a bbq, you simply order out for pizza (or even make your own.) Entertainment for the evening? Goofy competitions like watermelon seed spitting contests, three-legged races, and water balloon tosses. Break into teams and compete against one another.

8. Miles Away. Ask your sweetheart to choose a number between 10 and fifty. Whatever their response, drive that many miles from home in that direction, finding whatever you can when you arrive (hey, you'll both be surprised!)

9. Bookworms. Find a wonderful old book store. I'm not talking chains here, but a little Mom and Pop used book store with character. Make a list of items to find -- oldest book, most unusual, best illustrated, favorite children's story, etc. then give each other five minutes and compete to find the best examples of each.

10. We're gonna party like its... Have an 80's party. Invite your friends to dress in their fav 80's fashions, watch "Goonies" and old "NKOTB" videos. Your stomach will hurt from laughing so hard.
