Cut out as many different sized hearts from construction paper, and hang them from their ceiling with string, and plaster them all over the walls. Throw in Hershey's hugs and kisses all over the floor, and on the hearts hanging from the ceiling, write things you like about them. Then on the front door, put a big heart that says, "You've just had a heart attack!"

What's more romantic than to look into your lover's beautiful eyes while you both try to draw each other!? The result is a surprise because whether or not you have art talent, the drawing will be special because it is done by you!

Buy a fancy notebook, fill the pages with photos, write down why that moment was special, why you love him/her, how you felt, write down all the things you wanna say when you feel to shy to say it out, both of you should contribute to the "Memory book"...very romantic!!

About an hour after your date was suppose to begin place a message in a bottle, a single red rose and a map that has a place to meet on the doorstep ring the doorbell and run to your car and go to the place you want to meet. Take a visit to a pretty park and find a couple of swings away from everyone else and just sit and talk. It's actually relaxing and can get fun.

For a group date play a scenario paint ball game where you heroically save your intimate other that is held hostage.

Tell your date it's Mexican food night. Although, arrive at her door wearing a poncho (a store bought blanket with a hole cut it in the middle) and a sombrero (cheap at party stores). Instead of flowers, brink her a potted cactus.

The key to this is that your date is easy going and spontaneous. Tell your date you are going out for a nice dinner. When you meet up, start to drive, then ask them where they want to go. Then have some fun after dinner plan, like going to the amusement park in all you nice clothes. This either works to perfection or bombs, depending on who you're with. (Josh)

At night, bring her to a parking lot near where you met....outside her school or work....or where you once had a memorable date. Open the car doors, slip in a CD of slow songs and just dance together in the parking lot alone. Don't care if anyone drives by or says anything...just dance and reminisce together.

What guy doesn't love sports?? Buy 2 tickets to a game (football, hockey, soccer, basketball). Then buy some face paint and colored hair spray in the colors of the home team. Then tell your guy to trust you and paint the home team's logo on his face and spray paint his hair. Then show him in the mirror. You don't have to live close to the beach for this one. My boyfriend one night just randomly turned the car wheel and said we're going to the beach, we spent 2 hrs. in the car lost in good conversation. Once we got there we got pizza to go and ate it by the ocean while the sun went down, then we turned around and left. We were only there for an hour, but it was an hour to remember! (Jessie)

Rent a room with a hot tub in it for the two of you that night. Plan for his work to know when to let him out. Send him flowers on that day with a note saying "come and find me, i cant live without you" attached. DO NOT TAKE any of his calls after. there also should be a small clue on what hotel and room you MIGHT :) be at. when he arrives the frontdesk will give him a bag of goodies you have made, including a blindfold and a letter, telling him to put it on over his eyes before he enters. Now the room should be well lit (the fire place if you have one) and wear something you know he'll LOVE. Put rose petals everywhere on the bed in the tub and the ground he walks on. Then walk him in to the best and well lit part of the room and slowly undress him talking to him about the very long day he had and how much you love him. Trust me HE will love it. Make fortune cookies and be sure to make the fortune inside personal, starting with her/his name on the fortune. Give to a waiter without the other knowing before dinner and have it served at the end of dinner with the check. For my 18th birthday my boyfriend picked me up and took me to where we ate on our first date. Then he blind folded me and took me to a hotel room he had reserved in advance. I walked in to find our song, Bed of Roses, playing and the bed was full of rose petals. It was the best birthday I could have ever had. (Alisha)

When I was engaged before I got married, my fiance and I decided to go swimming. Since neither of us had a pool, and the local pool was closed after dark, we decided to hop a hotel's pool! Go to a toy store or Walmart and by a Kite, silly string, gum, slinky, bubbles and other items and attatch notes to those items connecting your feelings about the other person or compliments.(example)Kite-this kite reminds me of you because only you can make me want to fly.
