Marriage Proposals Romantic Tips

Take your lady out to dinner. Earlier that day arrange that 12 restarant hosts come up to your table all carring balloons and a single red rose to give to her. After all 12 have come by(within like a 3-4min. time period), and your lady is like "what the heck", give her a final pink rose symbolizing not only your love(12 roses) but also your friendship(pink rose) and then pop the question with all the old fashion sweet words!

Take her on a surprise trip somewhere a few hours away. Try to make it for the entire weekend. Take her to eat at a nice restaurant and after they have cleared the plates from the table and the waiter/waitress comes to see if you need anything else, hand her/him a camera and ask that they take a picture of the two of you together. As the waiter/waitress goes to take the picture get down on one knee and propose. You now have pictures to remember the day forever.

Take her blind-folded to an expensive resort hotel suite overlooking a lake or ocean. Assuming she wants children, take off her blindfolds and present her with a photograph of a cute baby. (have the ring taped to the back of the photo)...Then ask her, "will you be the mother of my children?" and ask her to marry you. Idea inspired by the song by Bryan Adams entitled "If you really live a woman" and featured in the movie Don Juan De Marco.

Propose in a helicopter over the Niagara Falls.

Arrange to go on a hiking trip to Cape Point (Easy if you live in South Africa) Here the mighty Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet. Set up a video camera to film you in front of these two oceans and explain how amazing it is that they exist together and yet also independently strong and different and how stunning nature and therefore life is. At this point drop on your knees and propose that you would like to have the same relationship with her - together, for ever.

My fiancee took me to a beautiful park, under the guise that we were meeting friends for a barbecue. He got a cooler out of the trunk and we walked to a quiet shade tree. He spread out a blanket and eventually told me that nobody else was coming. He fed me grapes, cheeses, chocolates, wine.

Have an evening on the beach, including champagne or fine wine. Collect shells together. Show her your collection, including your pre-purchased clam (seafood store) with the ring inside (or you can use the ring holder and place it inside two shells and glue some ends of the shell). When she opens the shell, she'll be surprised...next have a hired musician play her favorite love song. (They do perform on the beach!)

Proposing is sweet, but not as sweet as it can be...Try this crazy idea...arrange for you to go to a bakery for morning breakfast, or maybe early dinner, and have them bake a cake with "Will you Marry Me?" on it. Then in the middle of the cake there will be an icing flower, and in the flower will be the ring. Beautifully Sweet!!

Take the original prize out of a Cracker Jack box and then wrap the ring up as the prize. Just make sure you open the bottom of the box carefully then take the bag out and open one side, empty out all the cracker jacks, then place the ring in the bottom, pout all the cracker jacks back (you can add some paper or something at the top so it doesn't settle too much and the ring gets lost in the bag), then staple the bag shut. Then the place the bottom of the bag (where the ring is) in first, close the box and glue the bottom shut. You can also attach a cute note if you like.

When my husband proposed he did it on his birthday. He said he was sick of opening presents and told me to open one. When i removed the tissue paper the ring box was at the bottom. I opened the box, he hit one knee and asked me to marry him! It was very romantic!
