Take her or him the an ocean or a large body of water and just sit out on the docks and watch the sunset while telling him/her how you feel about them.

When your significant other is taking a bath or shower and the mirror fogs up, write a message like "I Love You" on the mirror for them to find when they're done!

When you've been acting like a jerk and you know it.. you need to apologize.. so recently when this happened to me, I really needed to make it up to my boyfriend. I went to his house one afternoon while he was out of town. He came back that night. On his back porch, I put up a large, long sign that read "I'M SORRY, I LOVE YOU. He deserved it because I was a jerk.

Great for birthday, anniversary,etc. Start out by buying a book on home spa techniques. It should have everything from facials to bath to hands and toes. Make the ingredients and then treat your partner to an entire spa day at home complete with lunch and dinner. She'll love it!

Offer to cut his/her hair (that is if you are good at it) and when cutting the bangs get pretty close to him/her and out of nowhere give a good kiss.

Write a song for your partner and go to a recording studio and have it put on a CD for her. Make up a CD cover with pictures of you together and give it to her! This avoids the awkwardness of singing to her in person, but you'll still receive the same reaction and rewards.
