Activities Romantic Tips
Buy her a vase with eleven roses in it and one small mirror attached to a stem or stick (your choice). Present it to her when she least expects it and she will smile and ask whats the mirror for. You then tell her when she wants to see that 12th rose to look in the mirror and it will always be there. Trust me they love it.
Cook a dinner and have some wine together. Cooking together brings you closer and makes you feel like a team as if you're accomplishing something together. Don't forget some romantic music and lots of playfulness as you cook!
run a bubble bath for her after she's had a hard day's work (or just because) and massage her back and wash her hair for her... You could also turn off the lights, add a few candles, and (read her) her favorite book. This is get you extra bonus romance points if you combine them all with making dinner (and cleaning the dishes.
For Him: Make a scrapbook of the two of you throughout your relationship and end it with "100 Reasons Why I Love You".... it seems like a lot but it's the easiest thing you will ever do if you really love him :)
Take little pieces of paper that say I love you on them and stick them all over the inside of his/her car. Then take a CD/tape that has love songs on it and place it in stereo. (you can also buy and stuffed animal and sit it in the passenger seat and buckle them up!)
Write love notes (I love you...) on sticky notes and place them on the insides of his clothes (that he's not wearing). To his surprise, when he gets dressed he'll find out how much you love him!
Make a hearth of paper or something.. hide it somewhere, e.g a stone.. buy 10 roses and lay then through the sand.. tell your boyfriend to follow the roses.. and in the end he finds the hearth with says: "I love you" and I'll promise he'll be so happy.. to make it better, write some poems and lay them next to the heart and my drink champagne or something... *SS*
Kiss them unexpectedly. Like when they are talking, just lean over and give them a big "I love you" kiss. It's cute. :)
Write a diary of dates, song lyrics, quotes and original poems all about your loved one and your relationship. Write in it over time and give it to them on an anniversary- but be sure to keep it a secret until then! They can cherish it for years!
before your lover gets home from a hard day get some red flower pedals & put them from the front door to the bedroom & all over the bed. Light ABUNCH of canldes, sented. And put on some nice, slow romantic music. And if it tickles your lovers fanny, wear an outfit or just nothing at all. Then watch there face when they come home.
Give the outside of the house, bedroom, or special date area a "heart attack". Cover the area in paper hearts with special compliments for your special person. Leave it for a surprise!
Learn how to give a good massage. Tell your lover you have learned to do this. Invite your girl- or boyfriend round, give them a good meal and good music. Then light some candles and incense in your bedroom (pretend you are doing something else if you like) and then spend at least an hour on giving your loved one a proper massage. You will be appreciated for your efforts!
Put 2 tickets to his/her favorite concert. Put the card where they will find it. Inside the card you can write "We can make our own music after the show."
Go to the local dollar store with your date each with five dollars (more or less) in your pocket. Assign two of he following to each other: main couse, appetizer, drink, and dessert. Then seperate to pick out cheap snacks for the "meal". With the money you won't be spending on food decide how many gifts you want to exchange with your date. After buying the gifts wrap them with newspaper so the other can't see. Go to the local park and have a picnic with the food you bought and afterwards exchage the gifts that reminded you of your date.
One day while your love is away make a trail of Hershey's kisses to the bedroom where he/she will find you to give out the real kisses! Or, spell out "I Love You" on the bed if you can't be there yourself!
Go back to the time when you first went on a date, such as a park bench, and light candles around it with flowers that are freshly picked. They'll be sure to love it.
Take the story of your relationship and turn it into a fairytale and tell it to your partner as a bed time story! BE CREATIVE!
Blind fold your partner. Take one of their hands and gently whisper a loving word into their hand and see if they can guess it. Move to their forearm, shoulder, etc doing the same thing. As you go further along, move from words into phrases so that it's more difficult. If they answer correctly, give them a kiss in that spot. Go all over the body!!
Bored? Play this game... hop in the car with your loved one and play the direction game. Driver stars by choosing a direction. The passenger will all of a sudden choose another direction. The driver will go again. With no destination in mind, let yourselves become a little lost and just keep driving. This will allow for some wonderful alone time!!
I buy washable magic markers in different colors and write messages on the bathroom mirror. Sometimes she doesn't see it when until I'm gone for the day to work. Of all the things I do to show her I love her, this is her favorite.
For your girlfriend/boyfriends birthday, anniversary etc, If you live near a lake or some place that has evening dinner cruises on paddle boats, make reservations and take your special someone to a beautiful dinner on the lake as you watch the sun setting.
When picking your date up at their house/apartment/etc, have your own special way of knocking the door or announcing your arrival. They will distinctly know it's you before they answer the door and will be happily smiling when they answer the door. Always a nice way to start the date.
Write a romantic and sexy short story that features your sweetheart and yourself, in the style of a paperback romance novel. If you want to really be charming, get an artist (it is not as expensive as you think) to render a drawing of you and her/him to act as a cover and present it to your sweetheart. You can hire a writer to write a story for you that features you and her/him so it will surprise both of you if you want.
Treat him like a baby for at the least one day a week - bathe him, clothe him, feed him, wear his socks and attend to all his whims for one full day!
When you know you won't be home when they get off work etc. Leave a note on the door saying "I tried leaving kisses on the door, but most of them fell off" and leave Hershey kisses on the floor.
