An egg hunt on Easter would be a fun way to propose. When you put the egg with the ring somewhere make sure its in a place where nobody else will find it. Or let some people in on the secret so nobody else will ruin the surprise. Then just make sure she joins in on the hunt, and be prepared to pop the question when she finds the ring!

On or before Christmas, buy a nutcracker for your loved one. Scoop out the inside of a large walnut, put the ring inside and super glue it back together. When you give her the nutcracker, give her the walnut with the ring inside and ask her to try it out. When she cracks the walnut, out comes the ring!

Take her on a surprise trip somewhere a few hours away. Try to make it for the entire weekend. Take her to eat at a nice restaurant and after they have cleared the plates from the table and the waiter/waitress comes to see if you need anything else, hand her/him a camera and ask that they take a picture of the two of you together. As the waiter/waitress goes to take the picture get down on one knee and propose. You now have pictures to remember the day forever.

Take her blind-folded to an expensive resort hotel suite overlooking a lake or ocean. Assuming she wants children, take off her blindfolds and present her with a photograph of a cute baby. (have the ring taped to the back of the photo)...Then ask her, "will you be the mother of my children?" and ask her to marry you. My fiancee took me to a beautiful park, under the guise that we were meeting friends for a barbecue. He got a cooler out of the trunk and we walked to a quiet shade tree. He spread out a blanket and eventually told me that nobody else was coming. He fed me grapes, cheeses, chocolates, wine.

Take the original prize out of a Cracker Jack box and then wrap the ring up as the prize. Just make sure you open the bottom of the box carefully then take the bag out and open one side, empty out all the cracker jacks, then place the ring in the bottom, pout all the cracker jacks back (you can add some paper or something at the top so it doesn't settle too much and the ring gets lost in the bag), then staple the bag shut. Then the place the bottom of the bag (where the ring is) in first, close the box and glue the bottom shut. You can also attach a cute note if you like.

When my husband proposed he did it on his birthday. He said he was sick of opening presents and told me to open one. When i removed the tissue paper the ring box was at the bottom. I opened the box, he hit one knee and asked me to marry him! It was very romantic!

During the night while I slept my partner slipped the ring onto my finger. The ring had been hidden earlier that night in between the mattresses. Some Popsicle sticks have a riddle, or something written on them. You can get one specially made, and have the big question written on the Popsicle stick. That way, when she gets done eating the Popsicle, she will see the question. You may even want to use their name. Have flowers ready!

I once said I'd never marry a man unless he were a prince riding a white horse... It would be one of the memorable things that could happen! Find a white horse and have a bouquet of her favorite flowers, after arriving at her door, present her with flowers and bring out the ring and propose...ROMANTIC!
