Ask her to meet you, either in your church or in a church you or her would like to get married in, be waiting on her. Take her up to the stage and have a basin waiting. Wash her feet, read her Proverbs 31 (or another romantic verse), tell her you love her and pop the question. This is what I plan to do to my girlfriend.
