Take a piece of paper, write all sorts of love things all over it, or alternatively produce it on a computer. Cut the picture into puzzle pieces. Separate the pieces out and place 1-3 pieces in envelopes (depending on how many pieces you have, you want to end up with about 7 envelopes). Mail each envelope separated by a day or two, so she can end up getting all the pieces in 1-2 weeks and complete the puzzle.
